Yes. Here are the primary pre-care instructions we provide to all clients when they book their Radiesse or Sculptra appointment.

To Avoid Bruising:

• Start using Arnica 3 days prior to your treatment by dissolving 5 pellets under your tongue 3 times a day.
• Avoid Vitamin E, Omega3’s, Aspirin, Aleve, Ibuprofen or other NSAIDs starting 7 days prior.
• Avoid alcohol (especially red wine) for 3 days prior.

Additional Pre-Treatment Recommendations:

• Hydrate with water the day of your treatment and avoid caffeine to help minimize discomfort.
• Taking Vitamin C (2000mg daily) before treatment can help with healing.
• Avoid sunburns, irritation, and redness.
• Avoid retinols or other exfoliating acids to lessen the risk of irritation.

• Apply Arnica cream or gel to the area, or take Arnica/Bromelain orally to speed up healing.
• Avoid exercise for 24 hours.
• Wear sunscreen daily.
• Continue your skincare routine, as good skin care can prolong results.
