PRF is a natural treatment that uses your own blood, removing the red blood cells and leaving the platelets and regenerative cells. We use PRF topically or injected to rejuvenate or repair your skin. PRF can also be made into a gel consistency and can be injected in place of filler.
All our practitioners undergo continuous training, staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics. This ensures that during each visit to our practice, you feel our continued commitment to your needs.
After getting 1 to 2 PRF treatments, you can expect your results to last 6 to 12 months (depending on the procedure). Some clients may see results last even longer when they lead a healthy lifestyle and have an established skincare routine at home.

With a Bella Vi expert at your side, under the watchful eye of Dr. Goodman, our team will sit down with you for a one-on-one consultation. We take the time upfront to listen to your unique needs, medical history, skin health, and aesthetic goals during a complimentary one-on-one consultation.
Once we have thoroughly discussed all of this information, we will confirm your candidacy to receive PRF treatment in Evansville. Further, we will then carefully and thoughtfully design a comprehensive treatment plan that will account for any and all of your skincare priorities.
Treatment
PRF and PRF gel are natural products that use components of your own body to improve and enhance your skin. Using advanced techniques, our providers conduct a brief blood draw; then, they separate the platelet-rich fibrin from the red blood cells to use during your treatment.
Depending on your unique skin and your aesthetic goals, we may opt to use either PRF or PRF gel. We use PRF for skin rejuvenation, enhanced healing, skin tone & texture, and acne scarring; whereas we use PRF gel to improve wrinkles and volume loss.
Results
After all procedures at Bella Vi, we provide detailed aftercare instructions to promote quick healing and effective, long-lasting results. You’ll start to notice its effects within 2 to 4 weeks, but likely won’t achieve full results until about 12 weeks after your last session.
The increase in collagen and elastin production prompted by the PRF treatment means you may enjoy its full effects for up to a year or more, even longer if we combine PRF with any other treatments.

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) has been clinically found to be a safe, long-term aesthetic therapy that significantly increases the time and speed of wound healing. It has also been shown to noticeably improve deep, fine, and small wrinkles; hyperpigmentation; and overall skin freshness.
While both involve spinning your own blood down, removing the RBC, and concentrating the plasma and growth factors, PRF typically lasts longer than PRP. The key difference between biostimulating injectables (like Sculptra) and PRF is simply their ingredients.
We derive PRF purely from the clients’ own blood, making it 100% natural; while Sculptra and Radiesse biostimulators are not. While both are safe and effective in the hands of an experienced provider, they ultimately have different use cases.
