- Refrain from strenuous activities, heavy lifting, exercises, saunas, and hot baths that may cause excessive sweating for 24 to 48 hours after the procedure to decrease risk of swelling, irritation, or infection.
- Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen for at least 1 to 2 weeks post treatment. You can take Tylenol as needed for discomfort/pain.
- After your treatment, you should wear a loose hat or hood over your head to protect your scalp from direct sun exposure for at least 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol and tobacco products and eating foods rich in salt and sugar for 24 hours after treatment. Maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of water to support healing and hair growth.
- Wear the provided laser cap for 6 minutes daily, and continue to do so long term for best results.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for 2, 4, and 6 months post-treatment.
