• Avoid Touching or Disturbing the Treated Area: It’s important to allow the treated area to heal properly. Avoid scratching, rubbing, or picking at the skin (or scalp).
• Avoid Intense Physical Activity: Refrain from strenuous activities, heavy lifting, exercises, saunas and hot baths that may cause excessive sweating for 24-48 hours after the procedure to decrease risk of swelling, irritation, or infection.
• Medication and Products: Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen for at least 1-2 weeks post treatment. You can take Tylenol as needed for discomfort/pain.
• Protect the Skin: After your treatment, take additional measures to avoid unnecessary sun exposure. Protect your scalp/skin from direct exposure for at least 24 hours.
• Avoid Alcohol & Tobacco Products. 
• Diet and Hydration: Maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of water to support healing. Avoid indulging in foods rich in salt and sugar for 24 hours after treatment.
• If receiving exosome therapy for hair restoration: Refrain from washing your hair for at least 24 to 48 hours. You should also avoid hot water, scalp massaging, or any other rough treatment of your hair that might dislodge hair from the scalp.
