Office Etiquette
If you are going to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you need to let us know 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to make sure we have time to get you checked in and have you fill out any necessary paperwork.

Yes! Whether you bring a friend for moral support or are receiving treatments together, we are more than happy to accommodate your guests at Bella Vi.
Rest assured, our practice maintains HIPPA compliance and goes above and beyond to and maintain your privacy. We never display or share anyone’s pictures online without explicit patient consent. Should we wish to utilize your photos for any purpose, we will ask permission and have you complete a photo consent form. Furthermore, even with consent, we uphold strict confidentiality standards, ensuring that no personal information will ever be released.
Yes, all our before and after pictures shown or posted are of patients treated by Bella Vi staff members. All patients have given written consent allowing us to utilize their photos. We do not use photos without consent nor do we use before and afters produced by another spa/company.
Payments & FInancing
No. Most insurance companies do not cover aesthetic treatments, and those that do make our providers and clients jump through hoops to make sure the client receives the treatments they need.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash, and checks. We also accept PatientFi and CareCredit for client financing options.
Our consultations come at no charge to you. When booking your consultation, we only require you to provide a credit card to secure your appointment, serving as a backup for our cancellation policy.
That said, if you anticipate wanting to be treated in the same day as your appointment, we will help you place a deposit down on your account to ensure our providers’ schedules are properly coordinated.
Our pricing structure depends on the specific treatment required and the unique goals of each patient. We believe in customizing treatment plans to maximize results for our patients.
Achieving best-in-class results takes time, and we take the time during a one-on-one consultation to conduct an assessment, determine the most suitable treatment, present before and after pictures, provide detailed pricing information, and answer any and all questions you may have.
We do not offer monthly specials or discounts. The only discounts we offer are in November during our holiday soiree.
Yes, we offer financing! It is quick and easy, and generally takes less than five minutes to see whether or not you are approved. If approved, we offer interest-free financing. This lowers monthly minimums and there are absolutely no penalties if paid off early.

Pain management techniques such as tapping, vibration generator, topical numbing, injectable numbing, and Pronox may be used to keep patients comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
Yes, we do not use any type of sedative that would require someone to drive you home after your procedure.
Results are unique to each individual and also depend on the treatment performed. You can enhance and prolong the effects by your lifestyle choices, including

- Avoiding prolonged sun exposure and using SPF daily

Depending on the treatment, you may experience common side effects like temporary redness, swelling, bruising, or tenderness, which typically resolve within 2 to 3 days.

Cancellation Policy
Booking
At Bella Vi Spa, we are eager to meet your scheduling needs. All appointments require a credit card upon booking. If you cannot make your appointment, please reach out to us by calling one of the spa locations.
DMs and emails are not acceptable forms of communication for cancellations. Thank you for your understanding and consideration regarding this matter.
24-Hour Notice
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we do require a 24-hour notice. Late cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.
Tardiness
If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, you may be rescheduled and charged for a late cancellation fee.
No Show
If you are a no-call, no-show, you will forfeit your deposit and may be charged the full amount of your service. For treatments varying in price, you will be charged $500 per half hour scheduled. (i.e. 2-hour service with varying price = $2,000 no-show fee).
Return Policy
Services
If you cannot use an unrendered, prepaid service, you may do a one-time exchange of unused portion towards a different service.
Products
For safety purposes, we cannot accept skin care product returns (only exception, clear defect in product). Gift Cards are non-refundable; however, we will allow them to be transferred to another party.
